Thank you for shopping at Men Electric Shaver! We are committed to providing you with the best possible shipping experience. Please review our shipping policy below.

1. Shipping Rates

We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $8.95 per order for all domestic and international shipments.

2. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

3. Domestic Shipping

For orders shipped within the United States, estimated delivery times are typically 5-10 business days from the date of shipment. We primarily use USPS and UPS for domestic deliveries.

4. International Shipping

We offer international shipping to many countries. Estimated delivery times for international orders are typically 10-25 business days from the date of shipment. Please note that these times can vary significantly due to customs processing in the destination country.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become active.

6. Shipping Delays

While we strive to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe, Men Electric Shaver is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, natural disasters, or international customs procedures. We will do our best to keep you informed of any significant delays.

7. P.O. Box and APO/FPO Addresses

We are able to ship to P.O. Box and APO/FPO addresses. Please note that these shipments are typically handled by USPS only.

8. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, or if you believe your package has been lost in transit, please contact us at support@menelectricshaver.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Please provide your order number and any relevant details or photos of the damage. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.

9. Restricted Countries

We do not ship to countries that are subject to U.S. export restrictions or sanctions. If your country is on such a list, your order will be canceled and refunded.
